I’d use the term indie rock to describe (well, I try not to use the term, but that’s a different story) some bands of that sort, instead of someone who you claimed has paved the way for them. And also, considering Arcade Fire’s recent success, I think they’ve graduated from their previous indie rock status, too. I think we’re just taking it from the exact opposite viewpoints. I do wonder what will strike you the next time you go to Chili’s, though
